The Work
A well-installed skylight transforms a room. A poorly-installed one becomes a slow, expensive disaster.
Skylights live or die by the flashing kit and the hands that install them. We install only VELUX and Fakro deck-mounted units with their factory-engineered flashing systems — never field-fabricated, never compromised.
Whether you're cutting a new opening into a finished ceiling, replacing a hazy 20-year-old unit, or chasing a phantom leak that finally turned out to be the skylight all along, we frame, flash, and finish the work so it disappears into the architecture and stays weather-tight.
What's Included
Factory flashing kits, ice-and-water shield wrap, and storm collar finishing on every install.
Swap aging units in place using the existing rough opening — minimal interior disruption.
Manual or solar-powered venting skylights with rain sensors and remote shades.
Drywall returns, paint match, and trim work so the new skylight looks like it was always there.
If a skylight is the culprit, we find it. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
Low-E argon-filled glazing options that cut heat gain in summer and heat loss in winter.
